Satyed here twice in two different rooms on different dates due to business schedule in same month. All went good....untill I encountered worst room dining I ever encountered being a Accor member. Firstly, the QR code stops behaving normally after 11 PM, as per hotel staff it is a known issue. I understand that limited menu is available after 11 PM but at least QR code should work or at least give me a prompt or redirect me to different section of menu with limited items. Even worst part is that if you you speak to staff on room dining (5063) they will take your preferences but deliver food as per their wish (could be obviously due to fact that staff is over-burdened as IT systems are failing continuously....which is a bigger issue)

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very nice. they are there whenever you need anything and very quick when you request anything. Definitely recommend everyone to spend a few days here. specifically vijay is very nice guy in restaurant .rooms are very neat and clean , swami Nandan in housekeeping is very helpful person .
